When SSCI opened in 2000, our vision was to provide cost effective background screening information to employers, volunteer driven organizations and others wishing to protect their members and assets through the use of critical decision making information. Our service commitment to provide the most comprehensive, cost effective and user friendly program remains our priority and our reason for continued growth. We serve a diverse employment client base including local police departments, the United States Armed Forces, and the retail industry.
SSCI has earned the distinction as the pioneers in the volunteer screening sector with strong national partnerships through the National Recreation and Parks Association and several United States Olympic Committee governing bodies. SSCI continues to set the background screening standard for hundreds of parks & recreation departments, government agencies, and other volunteer driven organizations throughout the United States.
SSCI is proud to serve as the background screening provider for NRPA's Operation TLC2 Making Communities Safe program, which launched in the fall of 2007. Today, SSCI continues to develop critical partnerships with businesses and volunteer communities to identify high risk individuals.
